God moved early in Pastor Ron’s life, and at the age of 21 he accepted his divine calling into the ministry.  In his years of service to the Lord, Pastor Ron has worked diligently to bring others to God through various ministries, conferences, seminars and revivals.

Pastor Ron was led of the Lord to plant a new church in Lee’s Summit, MO. in January 2006.  Since it’s inception, New Generation Christian Center has experienced phenomenal growth – numerically and spiritually.  In this short time, Pastor Ron's fresh and inspiring messages have transcended the ordinary, drawing a growing and progressive congregation.

The church's mission is to glorify the Savior, edify the saints, evangelize to the lost and horrify Satan.  Pastor Ron's vision for the church is to have a spirit-filled, committed and praying body of baptized believers equipped to do the work of the ministry.  He emphasizes to the church body that "we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us" (Phil 4:13).

Pastor Ron has a strong desire that believers develop a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ - moving from religion to relationship and from membership to ministry.

As with all great leaders, Pastor Ron has been blessed with a beautiful helpmate, Sis. Kelsey, who works faithfully and tirelessly by his side. They in turn are blessed with three wonderful sons (RJ-22, Rodney-20, Nicholas-15).
